That doesn't completely contradict your point BUT desperate arguements could find that detail key. I say it is a small factor. "Would you like a cup of coffee?" is also one of those unwritten rules. If its said, there might be sex. so if the president of Burundi asks if Jon would like a cup of coffee, is it still a sexual welcome?
